Our Story

Little Geno’s was born out of chef scott holder’s never-ending hunger for a great sandwich. Inspired by his time spent in new york where local corner delis & bodegas line new york’s energetic streets & neighbourhoods serving the best sandwiches around.

Having cut his teeth in some of the world’s best restaurants, including London’s Michelin-starred Arbutus, San Francisco’s Michelin-starred & James Beard Best New Restaurant State Bird Provisions & David Chang’s Sydney restaurant three-hatted & Number 1 Best New Restaurant Australia, Momofuku Seiobo.

Scott has brought his experience to create Little Geno’s, where we take everybody’s favourite classic sandwiches from around the world and elevate them with our chef driven recipes, freshly baked breads, shredded vegetables, homemade sauces, vinaigrettes and sliced meats, every element of the sandwich has been carefully selected and prepared.
